Our Guarantee To You
All our framing has a minimum 2 year guarantee. After
this time we will repair at no charge if we can see it is a manufacturing
problem. Hinges on hinged artwork have a lifetime guarantee provided
the artwork is not dropped – the hinges should break if the
artwork is dropped, as this is to protect the artwork from being
damaged.
We cannot offer a longer guarantee, as we have no
control of where artwork is hung.
In tropical areas all artwork should be dismantled and inspected
by a qualified person at least every two years.
